What Experience do I need?

No prior experience is necessary. What you will need is to be a person of integrity and possess good problem-solving and communication skills. In addition, It will be critical to be someone who follows through on commitments—doing what you say you will do, when you said you would do it.

Can I Start Part-Time?

Yes, we strongly encourage starting as a side hustle. Cash flow in contractual arrangements can initially be challenging. If you don't have a cash reserve to cover at least six months of personal and financial expenses, it's advisable to maintain your current employment until you've secured enough contracts.

What Equipment will I need?

Initially, you will only need a computer, cell phone, printer and basic office supplies/furniture.  You can Remote Work from home and might very well have everything you need to get started.

Do I need to Fabricate the Signage?

No, you do not need to fabricate signage. You can simply have wholesale signage manufacturers produce the signage and deliver directly to the jobsite or your signage installer.  Of course, you can fabricate as you grow, but it is not necessary to fulfill your contractual agreement with the General Contractor.

Do I need Install the Signage?

No, you do not need to install signage. Of course, you can increase your revenue by providing your own labor to install the signs but, you have the option to hire experienced signage installers to complete your projects.  You can simply bid on Public Construction Projects and provide materials only or provide material and labor it will be your decision.

Does D10 only work for signage?

No, actually you could expand your D10 company and provide other speciality items to the General Contractor.  For example, you could provide/install bathroom accessories, marker boards and tack boards, fire extinguishers and many more specialty materials in Division 10 construction projects.
